FAQ for Players

Most frequent questions and answers

Players must first apply — this is open to anyone. After that, a combination of factors determines who we select to be part of the showcase. These include (but are not limited to) film evaluation, physical attributes, statistics, projected upside, and level of competition. In general, we try to select players we think can be interesting to college coaches.

In addition to talent and work ethic, there are other things you can do to help make yourself as recruitable as possible. You should always have an idea of what your “GPA” is in school. Coaches will need to know it to be sure that you qualify academically. Additionally, you should be sure to take the SAT and TOEFL tests in advance. Be sure you have highlight film AND at least one or two full game films — coaches will want to see both. Finally, make sure your social media is clean — avoid posting things that will make coaches question your character or dedication. Your profile(s) should include your real name, a link to your highlights, what graduating class you’re in, your GPA and your height/position, and a clear way to contact you.
